DANCE PROGRAMS

Salsa Dancing is one of the most fun and great ways to learn a skill, meet friends, exercise and relieve stress. Thru our structured Art Of Salsa program students are able to progress from a beginner to a master social dancer. No experience needed or partner is necessary as the instructor rotate partners regularly, which allows you to meet everyone.

Bachata is considered to be one of the most romantic and passionate style of Latin social dances. Originated in the Dominican Republic, this dance is all about hips, fun and attitude. Plus is fast, easy and fun to learn. No experience needed or partner is necessary as the instructor rotate partners regularly, which allows you to meet everyone.

CARDIO FITNESS PROGRAMS

Zumba®  is a fun, dance style exercise, featuring exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy level will be soaring!  Lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape with the original dance fitness party!  It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.

POUND® is a full-body cardio jam session inspired by the fun playing of drums. Fusing cardio interval training with constant simulated drumming, you’ll channel your inner performer and rock your body to a leaner and sculpted physique.
